Our client who are specialists in Wills, Trusts and Probate, enlisted our services following their acquisition of a similar specialist company.
During a series of telesales campaigns throughout 2016, 24 I.S. made contact with existing customers of the acquired business, in order to explain the change in ownership and to look for new opportunities within those current clients’ circumstances.
Our customers use our services for a certain number of days each month, and our flexible structure means they can either increase or decrease their monthly quote of days in order to their workload.
