The Brief
Our client, a leading hosted telephony vendor was struggling to identify new opportunities in the fiercely competitive arena of business telephony. We were initially engaged to run a series of spot telesales campaigns, to identify new hosted telephony opportunities in the SME to Mid-Market space.
Following initial success with our telemarketing efforts, this led to us running a number of partner onboarding and recruitment campaigns, where we were asked to identify and contact the relevant decisions makers within a targeted list of telephony resellers, and arrange meetings/conference calls for them to discuss their partner offering further.
24 I.S. now run alternate partner on-boarding / new business campaigns with them on a regular basis.
